Treatment at Woodside Park Physiotherapy Clinic is recognised by all major insurance companies (subject to the terms and conditions of your medical insurance policy).

To enable us to invoice your insurer directly, please can you provide us with the following information before your first appointment:

• Claim authorisation number
  
• The number of sessions/length of time you are authorised for treatment
  
• Details of any excess on the policy

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24-hours notice of cancellation or we may have have to charge a full treatment fee.
